Determine the fair market value of your business. In this virtual workshop, we will:
- Use provided templates and materials to estimate your company value
- For the best experience, please have access to your latest 12 month financials (Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheet)
- Value your business using three standard valuation methods
- Cover the pros and cons to each of these methods to determine which one is best for you
- Discuss what circumstances dictate the best method to use
- Discuss the importance of recast adjustments
- Discuss marketability and minority interest discounts
This is an educational workshop with no sales pitch. All attendees will receive workshop materials in advance.

Specializing in management consulting services, development of internal accounting systems and merger and acquisition support, Rex has also been involved in business valuations in various industries. He has developed expertise in the process of raising capital, having participated in private and public offerings of stock.
Bryan W. Stewart, PhD, CPA, CVA
Senior Manager, MKW, LLP
Bryan brings a unique combination of technical tax expertise, academic experience, and professional service to MKW. He has a Master's in Taxation from the University of Notre Dame and a PhD from the University of South Carolina. He has over 20 years of tax experience and has spent a significant portion of that time consulting on engagement structure, operating agreements, and shareholder/partner interactions.
