Determine the fair market value of your business.  In this virtual workshop, we will:

  • Use provided templates and materials to estimate your company value
    • For the best experience, please have access to your latest 12 month financials (Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheet)
  • Value your business using three standard valuation methods
  • Cover the pros and cons to each of these methods to determine which one is best for you
  • Discuss what circumstances dictate the best method to use
  • Discuss the importance of recast adjustments
  • Discuss marketability and minority interest discounts

This is an educational workshop with no sales pitch.  All attendees will receive workshop materials in advance.

David is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst with significant merger and acquisition experience. He has been in practice for more than 30 years.  He has published articles on business valuation and is a frequent lecturer on such topics.  David also consults with middle market companies on complex tax issues in a wide variety of industries.  He has developed a business tax diagnostic that has saved business millions in tax dollars.
