The Nevada Department of Taxation has released its latest edition of Tax Notes, which covers a wide variety of Nevada tax topics such as the tax liabilities of event and party planners; prepared food intended for immediate consumption; bundled transactions; florists; live entertainment for non-gaming establishments; contractors and the use of resale certificates; and charcoal, briquettes, and propane.
